God’s Grace is not in Vain – 7/20/20

Kyle Schlarman

1 Corinthians 15:10  But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me.

Work hard in life to prove God’s grace in your life to never be in vain. Paul was one of the largest persecutors of the very Church. He then spent his whole life building it. Not only did God give Paul grace in conversion but also grace to work harder than anyone for the kingdom. I am reminded that despite what I think about my abilities or place in the world, I should work hard knowing that God’s grace will allow me to accomplish what He has set out for me.

God, we praise you for the grace of our salvation and who you’ve made us today. Help us to work as though we know your grace is not in vain, and that grace will work far greater than we can on our own.
